Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12 PM EST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75, applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees — these are the customer's responsibility. Transit times are typically 10–21 business days.
Tracking Your Order You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived:
- Check your tracking link for updates
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
