Refund & Return Policy Effective Date: June 8, 2026

We want you to love your WEARFOLK order. If something isn't right, we've got you.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@wearfolk.us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship items back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when processed.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Email us at support@wearfolk.us with your order number and what you'd like instead.

Defective or Wrong Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
